SHIPPING POLICY
Two The T is currently shipping all over India. For international shipping, please get in touch with us on contact@twothet.com or 9920660433. We understand how important it is to receive your purchased products in the best condition and on time. For this, we work hard to ensure your products get to you at the earliest.
All products are shipped from our Mumbai warehouse within 1-3 working days. Orders within Mumbai will be delivered within 3-5 working days and all other orders will be delivered within 7-12 working days. We offer same day delivery within Mumbai for non personalised products. Return & Exchange Policy
At Two The T, we do not offer returns and exchanges. Once the products have been delivered, they will not be eligible for a return or exchange unless received damaged. Incase of damage, we would need you to take a photo of the products received and e-mail us on contact@twothet.com

CANCELLATION Policy
An order is eligible for cancellation within 24 hours of it being placed, subject to it not being dispatched yet. The whole amount will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
